25w3d just woke up out of a dead sleep to a terrible cramping sensation in my abdomen. Felt like I needed to poop but I couldn’t. It didn’t last long but the pain came and went about 3 times. It just felt like pressure and pain, I really don’t know how to describe it. Could it be Braxton Hicks? I’ve read they’re not usually painful but I can’t figure out wtf just happened 😳
