Sad and loosing hopes ☹️

I had a miscarriage last year, back in August... was the most devastated thing for me after almost 4 years trying to get pregnant. Now I already got Ultrasound and hormones test and everything is normal. My Dr said there is nothing wrong and I should be pregnant soon but we are in March and nothing happens!! I’m loosing my faith, I’m loosing my hopes! I think I’m running out of time. I don’t know what else take, I started acupuncture and I’m in the same place as the beginning. Please give me any advise any hope. This is the worst thing I experienced before! 😢
