Ways to be more positive 🤷🏼‍♀️

How can you be a more positive person? I try so hard to be but all the disappointments of this world really get me down. I’m sick of thinking negatively. This virus hasn’t helped. Ttc has really changed me. I’ve tried yoga, essential oils, lots of praying. I’m always looking at the negative side of things and worrying. Maybe anxiety? Maybe because I’ve been hurt and let down so much in my life? Maybe because I have major trust issues? What can I do? TIA 🤍
