How to fight a phone addiction ðŸ˜
I decided to take it off of anonymous. I’m embarrassed but I see that I’m not the only one. Thank you for the suggestions!
Yes I admit I have a phone addiction. I’m a housewife so I’m alone a lot and apart of a lot of groups on Facebook so a lot to talk about don’t others.
My husband is the opposite. He’s rarely on his phone. I’ve stated to him that when I’m bored I’m on it. Well I didn’t realize how often I’m on it while he’s around which ain’t a lot since he works so much. I feel bad. He’s upset today and finally told me how it’s consuming me. No matter what we’re doing I’m always on it. I feel bad because I know it’s true.
My husband is the kind of guy who likes to hang out with someone, not use phones. Even when he’s not around I need to limit my use. I don’t even have my screen time count on, I know if I did it would be ridiculous.
How do I fight this? Do I keep my phone off? Silent? I’m the back room where it’s not in front of me all the time. I’ve noticed that when I’m in my laundry room I watch YouTube videos while doing laundry , or even brushing my teeth. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t like silence , I’m a visual person so I need to be visually watching something all the time ðŸ˜
