Underside of breast clogged duct. Exclusively Pumping

Alright I've tried everything and I'm waiting on Amazon to deliver the sunflower lecithin as NO local GnC or stores had any (I called before leaving the hosue). It's on my right breast on the underside and its killing me. Things I've tried;

-HOT shower with massaging shower head.

- Epsom salt soak (just boob)

- Epsom salt bath

- vibrating massager thing (the ones you buy from walmart or target)

- pumping on all 4s while massaging (hubby laughed at me and took a picture 🙄)

I'm exclusively pumping as LO cannot latch for medical reasons. HELP!
