Pelvic girdle pain PGP
Pretty sure I’m having bad pelvic girdle pain, I get pain when switching from seated to standing, going up stairs, rolling over in bed and walking occasionally. It’s pain right above my pubic bone. Anyone have any experience with this? And tips or tricks? Best belly bands to help? I’m 28 weeks and I can’t imagine this pain getting worse 😩 I told my dr about it at my last visit and she kind of brushed it off so just looking for ways to cope with it.
