Missed the first pill of the packet after period ended???

I take the 24 active pills. So my period/last sugar pill ended on Monday, so Tuesday is when I start my new packet so my first pill of the packet. Except I wasn’t able to take it because the pharmacy gave me the wrong birth control pills so I had to take my new packet a day later, Wednesday. Would that affect anything or is it a big deal? Like get pregnant? since I just had unprotected sex and I’m in 4 days into my new packet. Should I even worry since I basically skipped another day off the pill while on my period?
