Dark brown when wipe

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant! I have had 2 miscarriages so I am freaking out. When I wipe after I pee there is dark brown on the tissue. This has been going on for a couple days but tonight a drop actually came out. Still dark brown. TMI but a small clump of something came out too 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ calling my dr first thing tomorrow but has anyone else had this during a normal pregnancy?????
