Getting these braxton hicks contractions and the struggle of breathing is tough..the chest discomfort is real it feel like someone sitting on my chest smh

I've been having a hard time getting a deep breath and feel like theres something up iin my ribs. Its painful a lot of the time and I have to adjust and readjust to get comfortable. I'll be grateful when baby boy descends a bit!

Showers or baths have been helping me. The water on my stomach us soothing.

Been having Braxton hicks all day for 2 days. I dont know how I'm supposed to do anything with this pain 😣 ive been taking nifedipne prescribed by my ob. But it hasn't done much. Cant wait to see them tomorrow so they can give me different meds or something.
