TMI but question about a smell

ive been smelling not fresh down there lately which is really off for me. ive recently gotten off my period, ive started birth control for the first time ever about a month ago, and a couple days ago i let my bf finish inside of me for my first time ever. im thinking these could b the reason as my hygiene routines haven’t changed at all. could any of those be a reason ?
