If you were 40 weeks wd you ask to be induced due to corona?

My hospital is constantly changing their policy and I’m really concerned they’re about to say no birth partners allowed at the hospital at all in another week or so. I really wanted to leave baby alone and let him come on his own, I still feel pretty good and could go another two weeks easily. I just need my husband at the hospital for obvious reasons, I know women do this alone all the time all over the world but I just can’t imagine giving birth without my husband or for my husband to miss out on that. Would you ask to be induced if you were 40 weeks with no sign of baby coming soon and the threat of corona continually getting worse/scarier??
