How long till bv goes away? Home remedies

So i slept with someone over a month ago and I'm starting to notice my symptoms are getting worse.

I discharge and i smell BAD, no other symptoms. Like ive never smelt like this before and its strong and emberassing.

I got std tested and it came back fine.

Ive been washing normally. Ive tried washing with just water/ with feminine soap. Switching up the routines didnt work.(usually does for me)

Well today i just got some azo, im also washing with apple cider vinegar and drinking it. Im going to try to treat it otc.

About how long till it goes away??
