Pregnancy fitness apps
I had been in the process of losing weight before I found out I was pregnant. Obviously I shouldn’t be focused on losing weight for the time being, but I do want to make sure that I remain healthy for the baby. I am currently 8 weeks 5 days and I am wondering if yoga and walking is enough or if there are any apps or routines you used to stay healthy.
