Doctors appointments

Due to the virus daycares are closed and all my family and support still have to work due to the health field and being first responders. The doctors office just called and said the last appointment they can get me in is at 3:30 due to they have to close early which I understand but I can’t bring my kids to the appointments I won’t have anyone to watch them till later I asked is there anyway I can just go to the hospital for the nst cause I won’t have anyone till after 4/4:30 to watch them they tell me no I should ask a neighbor or someone to keep them like wtf I don’t just have anyone watching my kids for one, two I really don’t even want them to leave the house and three I know this is wrong but maybe y’all should think about staying open later due to daycares being closed for moms like me or just let me go get hooked up at the hospital for 30 minutes I just feel like if it’s not one things it’s another
