Has anyone had luck with the at home baby Doppler? I’m 14w2d and still can’t find my baby’s heartbeat! But when I’m at the dr, he finds it first try. LOL. I know their dopplers are obviously better but still

My guess is you are looking way too high. Start low right above your pubic bone.

Try using it really low near your pelvis not too high

That's why they don't recommend using a doppler until you're 18+weeks. At my 33 week appt, it was still hard for my midwife to get a steady heart rate bc of the way he is curled up in there, and the fact that he moves around when the slightest pressure is put on my belly. For me a doppler would just increase my anxiety. And after having a missed mc (no heartbeat which is discovered via ultrasound/doppler), I would be constantly worried something was wrong.
