Need some advise

My husband and I have been trying since December. I’m usually pretty regular when it comes to periods.

But, my last period started February 10th and I am currently 7 days late according to the app.

I took a pregnancy test last Tuesday and it came back absolutely negative. But still no period since then! My boobs are sore and my lower back has been killing me for about a week. What should I do?
