Will turning off my phone for a week help?

I’m going through a break up. And I can’t stop crying. He won’t reply to my texts and only replied when I asked if I could get my things from his house. I am heart broken and it hurts even more because he won’t talk to me.

I tried this when I went through a break up but honestly, it was just like "I can turn it back on". Unless he was the one constantly texting or calling in gonna say it doesn't really help, staying busy (like the busy that you can't stay on your phone) helps much better imo.

You don’t really need to go to that extreme. You just need to stop texting him. You’ll need your phone for communication with family and other friends. Don’t punish yourself for this, just take some deep breaths and step away from the phone instead of completely getting rid of it.

Experiencing the same thing , I try to turn my phone off at least for a few hours because I’m knowing I’m going to call and text and still going to get ignored 😫 , the heart ache won’t last forever tho , me and him back on talking terms but he still seems bothered when I call or even text 🤦🏾‍♀️ he barely calls or texts me anyways as it is . Turning your phone off would at least give you some time to yourself OFFICIALLY TO NOT CALL HIM DONT TURN THAT PHONE BACK ON !!!
