Blighted ovum?!

keyke

So today I went to the emergency room because I was still having slight cramping and it was just really uncomfortable. I explain to the nurse practitioner that I just saw my doctor a week ago and they confirmed that I was pregnant but because they only saw the gestational sack we would have to wait to see how far along I was when I came back in April. The nurse practitioner I don’t think was listening and they did the ultrasound but only saw the sac. After that she continue to talk to me and this is when my worry started to set in. They kept saying you saw a doctor two weeks ago when I know for a fact that I saw my OB/GYN on March 18 which wasn’t even a full week ago. They tried to get me to take a pill and said it would help me go ahead and go through my miscarriage but I refused. After that they tried to get me to do a D&C and again I refused and said I just wanted to speak with my regular OB/GYN. When I called my doctors office and spoke with the on-call nurse, I asked what my hCG levels were from my appointment on the 18th. She told me that my levels were at 1602 and I told her what happened at the emergency room and what my levels were at the emergency room which was 9002. She told me she would talk with my doctor and see what my doctor was recommending and then she would call me back. My doctor told me if they prescribe me a single pill do not take it and that I would need to just come in for my regular appointment because my hCG levels were still rising. I explained to her that the hospital tried to diagnose me with a blighted ovum but she doesn’t think that’s the case because last week my levels were so low that she said I was just barely pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this before or know someone that has that was able to have a successful pregnancy because this is new to me? I’m really worried and I just need some kind of closure on it because April 14 is weeks away. I have not had any bleeding at all so I don’t think my body is trying to miscarry.
