The post ovulation wait drives me crazy

According to Glow my ovulation is today but I know I ovulated on Saturday. I had the temp drop and by today is up again. I had the pain in the right side of lower tummy and egg white CM (loads of it). Therefore I believe I’m 2-3 DPO and I have already googled (once again the 3rd month in a row) early symptoms. Having mild crumping today, my boobs are sore on the sides and already analyzing it all. Maybe I should try to meditate cus the next two weeks will turn me into crazy woman. How do you ladies manage not to think about it like ALL THE TIME??
