If you had kids close in age...

How did your toddler react to the new baby?? How long did it take for him/her to adjust to divided attention? My son will be 19 months when his baby brother is born. Just asking for some positives and negatives to be looking out for. 😊 Thank you!! I really have no idea what to expect as all my siblings are 4+ years apart from each other.

ETA: I recently bought a baby doll to see what he would do if I pretended to nurse him. At first he leaned in and gave him a kiss and kissed his toes. 😭♥️ But then in a sudden rage, he yelled and chucked it across the room. Now he whines when I bring him back out. 😂 Toddlers are so funny!! I wonder if he realized it was a fake or if he got jealous!
