I've lost 2 pounds in 1 week! By eating healthy, fasting most of the day, eating filling yet low calorie items, keeping active(walking mostly), if I feel like a snack at night (a meal from Wendy's for example) I would fast until 2/3/4pm the next day to make sure everything is good.
No I don't feel like I'm starving myself, yes I am eating healthy, I'm avoiding sugars and processed foods as well. Yes I do eat actual meals but the portions are very small because I get full fast.
Yes I also drink just water, and I have tea as well. I use honey in my tea, no I don't care what time of day I have it, it's not many calories anyways.
