Is Addison a boy or girl name?

My husband and I cannot agree on a girl name but we finally both liked Addison.  Now I’m wondering if it’s too much of a boy name.

I feel if you name your daughter Addison then it’s a Girls name. In this time and age many ppl are being creative and different with names anyways. Personally I would automatically think girl if I heard that name.

I've heard it as both. However, I dont hear it and automatically think it's a boy-ish name or a girly name. I really think it can be used either way.

I knew these twin boys and their names were Price and Addison. I personally can easily see it both ways.

I've never met a guy with that name. What about Adelyn? Close to Addison, slightly different.
