Clomid failed but femara work?

Alright ladies hoping y’all can give me some hope. Currently on my first round of femara to try and conceive baby #1. I have pcos and we tried 4 rounds of clomid a couple years back and it failed so we are giving femara a try. Who has success stories of clomid failing but femara worked?! Looking for some hope while I wait to ovulate and I hope it works cause the pressure I am feeling in my ovaries is real!!!

I’m on my first round of Femara/Letrozole this is month!!! I ovulate in a few days, and will find out if it worked around April 11th! So nervous.

Yes!! I have PCOS too and failed 7 rounds of Clomid but had success on my first round of Letrozole with a trigger shot as well. I think femara and Letrozole are the same thing. Good luck! Don't lose hope!

My friend took clomid for a few months and it didn’t work so she switched to femara. She convinced 2 or 3 cycles later!

So I personally dont have pcos, hur I'm in the unexplained infertility part of the pie chart....we just did our first cycle with femara. I have a friend who had been trying for a while while also has pcos and clomid didn't work for her. It wasnt until femara that she finally got pregnant and gave birth to baby bear about 3 days ago.

I tried a few cycles with clomid, one of which ended in miscarriage. Did a few with femera and got pregnant on that. I also used progesterone supplements in the first trimester and stayed on metformin throughout my entire pregnancy. And now have a sweet little 2 year old boy 👦🏼.
