Question about stimulus check ‼️

Do the people on temporary assistance get anything? Like those who haven’t worked and can’t file taxes. Because I read that people on government benefits could be send threw to their card but that was posted 6 days ago. What about those who really need it? Do they get it. It says social security people qualify: they are raising unemployment but what about those who only get less than 300 a month...

Edited can’t file taxes bc hasn’t worked and doesn’t have a 2018 or 2019 return.
