Transitioning sippy cup

So we started using the munchkin 360 cup and shes doing pretty good with it. She only uses it when shes eating her solids to drink water. I'm just wondering how you transition from a bottle to the 360 cup completely. Can I put her formula in the sippy cup? And whenever she drinks her bottle, she lays back (not completely lying down but not sitting up ya know) so how do I go about that? Because she obviously has to sit up to drink out of the sippy cup but shes so used to lying back when drinking her milk.
