Venting

I’m just annoyed. My OBGYN called and canceled my 12 week scan and told me to call to re schedule it... so I’ve been trying to call since Thursday and the office is closed meanwhile online it says open.. so I called again today and they are closed so I pressed the option to speak to a dr (my prescription for zofran needs to be refilled) and some lady gets on the line and I tell her I’ve tried calling the office for 3 days no answer I just want to have my dr refill my prescription so she says “well call the office again in a few minutes” and I was like no I’ve called for 3 days and no answer and she fucking snapped at me and said “I SAID ILL TAKE DOWN YOUR INFO FOR THE DR” like excuse me why are you talking at me?! My pregnant self lost it and told her about herself and how that’s her one job and she can’t treat people with respect?! Anyway have her my info and hope the dr gets back to me. Just sick and tired of everyone being rude as shit!
