Anyone else get stomach pains ?

I am 11 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having like stomach pains . I want to know if anyone has experience the same thing since it’s like impossible to go to the doctors with COVID-19 . If it’s a normal thing or something to bring up to my gyno

Me I’m almost 12 weeks. My nurse said that as long as I’m not bleeding, the pains are one side, pain is unmanageable by position changes, and or are consistent throughout the day that we are fine. I have found mine personally due to gas. 
If it’s gas lay on ur left side ( I prop my head up but it’s not necessary) and I gently bring my knees up toward my chest. I do this for three minutes lay straight for three then repeat. And then I only bend my right leg up a little, eanough to align with my hip. And bam I release the gas, I call it trapped air to make myself feel better lol, and it’s an amazing relief.
Honestly I noticed it happens when I eat cheese that I get gasy and have stomach pains so I avoid it.

It’s very common to be constipated and gassy and those can cause pretty painful cramps or stomach pain. I’ve experienced that a few times and I’m almost 11 weeks.

Anyone else get stomach pains ?
