Any tips for nausea?

I’m 10 weeks today and I have horrible nausea, I was prescribed Reglan but I didn’t take it because of the side effects, I tried saltine crackers but I’m tired of the taste and it makes me nauseous, anything else I can try?

Preggie pop drops, and nibbling on something the moment I get a hint of nausea like pretzels, nuts, granola bar, toast, fruit, smoothie, cereal, anything not pungent 
If I let myself get fully nauseous then it’s sooo much worse and harder to get food down which always fix’s mine

I’d call you OB and ask about diclegis. It may or may not be covered by your insurance and can be pricey, but there are OTC options if Unisom (the sleep aid) and vitamin B6 which is what diclegis is made of. It has worked wonders for me and it’s in pregnancy category A. The only side effect that I’ve had is drowsiness but I got used to it quickly. 
In the mean time, sour candy really helps and ice cold water. Preggy pop drops are a product that helps a lot of women. It’s just super sour candy. They worked for me but then started making me nauseas. I am now eating watermelon jolly ranchers when I have bouts of nausea and they’re really helping. 
Hang in there, you’ll probably get relief in a few weeks.

For me personally I’d have to have crackers by my bed I’d wake up eat 5-6 wait 10 minutes sit up wait a lil then immediately make breakfast. Have a small meal an hour and a half lat eat an orange. Then ate small meals. And oranges for snacks. Also when I work and that’s not possible I eat oranges or fruits every 2 hrs so I’m not hungry. 
Also preggie pops are amazing it’s a sour candy, they also have the ones with vitamin B6 which help with nausea. 
Also ginger chewing on lil bits helps.
My doctor said it was the iron in my prenatals that made mine worse so I found out that for me the best time to take them was in the afternoon after my lunch. And that helped me a lot.

Eat something every two hours. Never be hungry. This has been my biggest light saver. Force yourself!! Workout or go for walks every day. Again... it might be forcing yourself. I swear these two things plus unisom/b6 have been game changers. Oh and mostly bland food.

Can you get a different prescription if you aren't happy with the one you got?
Staying hydrated can help. Snacking regularly so your stomach isn't empty. Sipping ginger ale or prego pop candies and stuff can help
