Postpartum bleeding

I’m a little worried, when leaving the hospital, I was told that I should give them a call if my bleeding stays bright red, heavy, etc. because obviously it should be getting lighter. Anyway, I’m 10 days postpartum and my bleeding is not getting lighter, it’s still a very bright red, like maybe a red wine color. I’m still having clots, not huge ones. I am breastfeeding though, I’m not sure if that changes things at all. This is my second baby, and I just don’t remember bleeding this color for SO LONG. Should I be concerned??
