When did/are you sharing your big news??

We have told parents so far and I told my bosses right away given the COVID stuff. Tonight we told two close friends as we were driving by (driveway social distancing conversation). It felt so awkward since we couldn’t hug and everyone’s in a funk.. but still lovely. 
We were thinking we’d get a heartbeat confirmation next week at our appointment and then tell some really close friends then and wait until basically this quarantine is over to post on social. I feel like I’ll have a bump next time I go in public so I’ll have to  post something by the time my work opens again. 
Curious to hear everyone else’s plans!
Also does hearing a heartbeat at your 11/12 week appointment mean you can relax a little and not worry QUITE so much about MC? I don’t really have a reason to worry I’ve just never been pregnant before.

We announced at 10w1d, we had our second healthy ultrasound the day before and we have a Doppler so are able to check on little beans heart beat every so often! 11w2d today 🥰

We told my mom a few weeks ago. I’ll be 11 weeks tomorrow and go for my first ultrasound. We’ll share the news with the rest of our family after the ultrasound. The feeling of just wanting that confirmation that everything is okay weighed on me to wait. This is my first pregnancy.

Family and close friends know. And my husband’s military group. We will share on social media after my 12 week appointment this week. I’m ok posting on social media then and bringing the world a bit of good news. I even had a bleed with my first around 12 weeks, before we announced at 14. It’s just what everyone is comfortable with.

We told our parents right when we found out as well as a few of my very close friends. I am not announcing on social media until 12 weeks because I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. I will have to tell my job soon though as I’m currently out on disability due to my high risk pregnancy, and I will be going back to work soon and will have to go to a lot of doctors appointments during work hours.

We shared with some immediate family at 9 weeks because my mil was coming to town and staying with us and I have been ridiculously nauseous. So that led to me telling a few other family members. I have my ultrasound Friday so I plan on telling everyone then

We haven't told our parents yet. I'm 10 weeks 2 days and we wanted to wait until I was 12 weeks. But now I kind or regret it cause if we do to tell in person there's no way my mom won't be able to run up and hug us... Might have to tell via facetime 😞.
