I’m nervous // am I pregnant?

So I had sex for the first time on 7th March, I am on the pill but he didn’t wear a condom and half went inside me and half pulled out. I’ve taken a couple of pregnancy tests, 1 week after, 2 weeks after and last Wednesday and they all came back negative but had light cramping about 5-6 days ago and the other day had the tiniest, most minimalistic colouring of pink on some tissue. My period is due tomorrow but I’m not getting my usual pre period symptoms (acne, bloating, sore boobs) I’ve always got other than my mood swings (being emotional and tearful). Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since having sex so when should I test again or should I even test again?

My symptoms are currently;

fatigue

slight cramping every so often

slight sensitivity in my nipples

very emotional

slight changes in taste and smell

I know these symptoms can also mean menstruation but I’m just nervous.
