Contractions started then stop?

Started feeling about an hour and a half ago like I might be having contractions. Felt a little leaking and went to the bathroom and there was some pink when I wiped. Called the doctor and she said to try a heating pad & Tylenol for my back and if the contractions get to 5 minutes apart to go I .

Took a hot shower and started timing what I think were contractions. They lasted about 30 seconds and were 7-9 minutes apart. I’ve been laying on a heating pad because my back is in a lot of pain and now everything seems to have stopped and relaxed. Not sure what’s going on!
