Happened with my first pregnancy too! Best tip is to stand up and put all your weight on it. Stops immediately! Guzzle a cup of water while you’re up too.

I caught 2 in the same leg yesterday. Suffered quietly and to myself. 😂😂 Didn’t want to wake my 12 month old.

Yes, I used to get them when I would wear unsupported shoes.
If you wear unsupported shoes then make sure you stretch your calves before bed! Also, when you are getting a Charlie horse, put your feet flat on the bed, this will help ease the pain and make the cramp go away faster!
