HELP! Do you ever just get a feeling that you can't shake?

I'd like to preface by saying that I WILL be testing on Wednesday when I get my tests that I ordered in Amazon. However, I have an IUD in. It's the Liletta and when I got it my doctor told me it's one of the few IUDs that he'd never had a patient get pregnant using. I got it about 11ish months ago.

Now my periods have been all kinds of wonky since I got it, but I was also breastfeeding. Which I quit about 3 months ago. This last period I had wasn't even really a period. It was all brown blood and most just spotting for like a week off and on.

Well these last few days, I've just felt off. And the only thing I can relate the feelings to was my last pregnancy. Nauseous on and off. Tired beyond belief and when I was pregnant any time I coughed I would gag due to heightened gag reflex. Well I'm doing that again too! And the smell of my vagina (tmi). It isn't a bad smell, just different. Sweeter almost? Maybe coppery? Idk. Just different. AND the cramping. Not menstrual or ovulation cramps. The kind I had when I was last pregnant. Thoughts????
