Faint positive on HPT but negative urine test at OB/GYN

So I am 10dpo and I just took these tests today after coming home from my gynecologist. I did a urine test and she said it came back negative. I am nervous as this will be my first pregnancy and I am really hoping to have a healthy 9 months if I am indeed pregnant.

Has this ever happened to anyone else and you went on to having a healthy pregnancy?

Edited to add that she did not want to do a blood test yet until after my missed period.
