What is the best face wash/moisturizer for oily skin?

I have oily skin. I usually use the “charcoal face wash” and the “Olay face moisturizer (pink&white container) but I’ve ran out. I want to try something new... I hardly ever wear makeup and one day I put a little bit on then after My forehead, chin, and around my nose got irritated, (from putting make up on I guess) and was breaking out bad. With my skin hurting and sore, I can only use a fresh clean wash rag and pat around my face but I feel like that doesn’t clean it good enough... My skin has heeled and I need a new face wash/moisturizer to use for my oily/sensitive skin!
