Boyfriend Cumed Inside. Is it safe?

I had sex today and my boyfriend cumed inside me for the first time today. (It was amazing by the way!!) I’ve been on the birth control implant for the past two years so I’m not too worried about becoming pregnant. My only concern is that not all of it came out so I want to know if it will cause an infection or does it disintegrate or will it just come out. I have been having discharge for the last few days and cramps so I know that my period should be here soon so will it push it out?
