Clogged/ringing ears?

My left ear has been clogged for MONTHS. It was muffled but is now ringing. It's not totally uncommon for me when I'm having sinus issues. But to go on this long is driving me crazy.
I've tried wax removal drops, regular peroxide, pseudoephedrine, Flonase, Zyrtec, and holding my nose/blowing. NOTHING WORKS. I asked my doctor Monday and she said it's probably just sinus related and since it doesn't hurt there's nothing she can do.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm about to lose my mind. I'm 20 weeks.

I haven’t experienced this exactly, but in general, my allergies, sinus infections, etc are worse during pregnancy and take forever to clear up.  Part of the joy of growing a human!

I had very clogged ears 2 weeks ago! When I had a cold whenever I blew my nose my ears would pop and it would hurt until it slowly released the air. Honestly I couldn’t find anything to fix but let my cold run it course it was SO annoying. I was 18 weeks at the time .

Hearing instrument specialist here 🙋🏼‍♀️ I look in many many ears every day. It’s most likely wax, the home removal kits are often not successful, the drops you put in your ear are to help soften the wax and depending on how long the wax has been in there it could be very hard which makes it difficult to soften. After you use the drops (sometimes you need to for many days) you need to irrigate the ear with water. It usually takes me a good 30 minutes of irrigation my own ear before any wax even STARTS to come out. If it isn’t wax, it could certainly be caused by your allergies, or worst case scenario an ear infection. If you’re able to get in to someone who will look in your ear that would help you narrow down what it could be! I know that’s easier said than done these days though.

Oh - forgot to mention I drink 120-140 ounces of water a day and check my blood pressure daily. It's never higher than 120/70.
