Vaginismus & Discharge

Hey lovelies,

So i'm almost certain I have vaginsmus, my only sexual experiences with my ex were most negative, he was rough etc and this sexual coach explained to me how my body\vagina as a result has gone into protective mode and is not tight and closed off, hence why im mentally scared to have sex and cant put a tampon in. Even had a pelvic internal and that was excruciating.

But in addition to this, I have daily discharge (ive ruled out all infections, have lost count how many swabs Ive had) only ever been positive for candida\yeast but never had the itch, onky this cross over between stringy creamy cm to fertile stretchy cm.

Ive been told it could just be my body cleaning itself and i jist have a lot of it but uts making me very insecure to get intimate again :( thoughts?
