Does this sound like the formula is causing problems ??

My baby is 3 weeks and i am giving her breast milk by pumping since i was having probs with latching but im soon quitting.. last week i started giving her Similac pro adv ready to feed since that was the one she would drink at hospital well she’s been getting a lot of bumps in her face and chest since last week and now ...shes also very gassy and her gasses smell really bad and shes been pooping once a day seems constipated and her poops are now greenish/tan/brown also she spits up more of that formula than she would w the breast milk
