Work out tips please

I can’t look at my face and body anymore without hating it. I can’t change my face but o can change my body

So I’m going to work out until I like it.

I know my waist isn’t naturally that small so I’m going to be getting a waist trainer. Before you say I look too young, I’m 16 almost 17.

I’m tired of hating how I look. I get small confident boosts every so often for very limited amounts of time and it’s only with my face.

I just want to love myself and I’m going to as long as I keep working out. Any work out tips would be appreciated
