No you can’t sell it, it’s basically goes against heath concerns since your fluid has touched the suction wiring and such. However if you wanted to sell the motor and have them buy the parts, you can.

There are lots of organizations that provide diapers and wipes to moms in need. Totally get where you are coming from but would hate for you to have to part with your pump to get diapers and wipes if there is another way?
