Should I test?

I swear yesterday I experienced implantation bleeding, yes I forgot to take 2 of my pills, but it was light pink/light orange and there is a chance I could be pregnant because about two weeks ago I was on my period so I stopped taking them all together... if what I experienced yesterday was implantation bleeding when should I take a pregnancy test? My period is supposed to start in 12 days...

P.S: I have experienced some light cramping, been slightly nauseous, and I have been peeing A LOT and I have a headache that won’t go away.. any advice would be great, thank you!

And before you ask yes we would be very excited to be pregnant :)
