Could some explain this?

This is my first ultrasound. I am 5w5d and I don't understand what I am seeing. Doctor doesn't seem to be concerned at all and says this is a very good indication of a normal pregnancy. My hormone levels should be somewhere around 35K or better. He said that it's too soon to see a heartbeat. I saw a heartbeat with my daughter at 6 weeks. 
Is this a gestational sac and yolk sac with baby or just a gestational sac and yolk sac? I'm confused and the doctor didn't explain, he simply said this is your baby!
HELP! PLZ!

It’s completely normal to just see that at 5 weeks. In the beginning of pregnancy a week makes a huge difference. When i went at 6 weeks 3 days they couldn’t even see a heartbeat so had me go in two weeks later and everything was fine. This is normal

Here is mine 5 weeks 2 days I had last Friday. I had one done with my first pregnancy at the same time and the pictures are identical except the sac was in the other corner. I go back 11 days later. The first pregnancy when I went back there was fetal pole and a heartbeat those few days later. You’re just very early. There is actually a big difference between five and six weeks. No worries!

At 5w5d for me there was no baby no heartbeat. They didnt give me pictures tho. But at 6w1d, just 3 days later there was a baby and a heart beat. Dont worry. Everything sounds normal. It's very early. This is why most doctors wont even scan until after 7 weeks

You said it yourself, your doctor said it's too soon and this is normal. Your baby isn't big enough to see yet. 
Babies grow very fast, especially in the beginning, so in a week or so it should start to be big enough to see.

5+5 weeks  is completely  normal to look like this .is a  Very early stage in pregnancy.

I see gestational sac and yolk sac. Don’t stress to much at 5w0d all I had was a gestational sac and it was almost to small to measure
