Best prenatal vitamin

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with Twins. Right now I'm taking Spring Valley gummies but I keep reading gelatin isn't good for you? I'm just really confused and only want to take the best vitamins for my babies that's all natural and meets their needs 100%. Any recommendations?

They are cheaper at Walmart. This is what my dr recommend. I looked at so many prenatal vitamins & couldn’t believe most of them did not have what we really need. 
Also... gummies are not absorbed in the body that well & that’s why they are not recommended. Hope this helps! 💛

These are the ones I use. My doctor says the gummies aren’t really that great since they don’t contain iron which is important during pregnancy

This is the one I have liked better and includes DHA. I am 24 weeks and I will keep taking these while breastfeeding.
