I am 32 weeks 5 days pregnant today I started to feel so weak I’ve have very loose stool for the past 2 weeks about 3 times a day now I have chills and a headache I was dizzy when I stood up like I was gonna pass out baby is moving I do have iron deficiency but I haven’t taken my pills ima while I took one today made me nausea
