Relationship going bad

My relationship is dwindling, and i think I might be the only one realizing that. I can no longer be the only one doing anything whatsoever. He doesn’t do shit but work. Our son is 5 months old and I can count on one hand the amount of times he’s changed him, fed him, bathed him, changed his diaper. I love him but I might as well be a single mother and dating someone who doesn’t want anything to do with my child even though it’s also his baby. I’m about to lose my fucking shit. I just want to scream. It is so frustrating.
