Confused on what to do

So I’ve taken a couple tests. All faint lines. Both my apps say to take a test and I am 3 or 4 days late on my period. Wednesday afternoon I started spotting pink and red and it happened Thursday. Only enough to wipe. Not to wear a pad or tampon. Well today nothing at all. So I’m just curious if this is normal if your pregnant? My friend thinks I need to test with digital.
