Walking outside

I'm seeing so many mixed things about going for a walk in your neighborhood. I thought that was fine to do? Now I'm hearing people on different platforms comments sections saying you shouldn't even be walking the neighborhood? And I'm hearing talk of you need to wear a mask to walk the neighborhood?

Is it okay to go for a walk? Without talking to anyone just taking the baby in the stroller? Do I need a mask?
