Letrozole success stories?

This is my 5th round of letrozole and so far I’ve had many inconsistencies! My first month I got strong positives(opks) , 2nd month no positives, 3rd month strong positives, 4th month no positives and I had a CD12 ultrasound and no mature follicles. I never started a period so I had to take provera to start one. Today was my first day taking letrozole this cycle, they doubled my dose so now I’m on 5mg. I’m just searching for success stories ! We’ve been trying for #2 for almost 2 years and it’s a long heartbreaking journey! Any stories would be appreciated 🥰
